Acceptance over Regrets. We fully accept the layoff experience as another career experience, not a place of shame and isolation. We leave negativity and self-doubt behind, and embrace the experience as an opportunity for gratitude, resilience, and learning.
From Setback to Comeback. We adopt a mindset that this is an exciting beginning and an opportunity to look forward with intensity. The layoff experience is a catalyst for learning, re-invention, and transformation. The career disruption is an opportunity to revisit and reimagine our potential - and forge new paths forward.
